Watch this space for new excitements all year round!
A walk through the 18 holes of Danau Golf Club will lead to the amazing revelation that the course is nature designed. With the introduction of indigenous flora, even the ubiquitous palm and rubber trees, from the plantations which the course was created, have blended in to give that added aesthetic charm.

Things are moving fast at the Danau Golf Club in Bangi, with a new team coming on board and renovations work progressing as well. Johan Fariz Salleh has come on board as Club Manager under Saujana Scape & Greens (SSG), which operates the club. Previously attached to premium golf clubs such as Saujana GCC, Kota Permai GCC and Glenmarie GCC, which holds a golf and business marketing degree from Australia, Johan began his duties on March 6. Esa Mohd Nor meanwhile has been appointed as the club’s course superintendent. He has been with the Saujana Group for almost 19 years, where he oversaw the
Saujana GCC’s maintenance operations.
Danau course is currently undergoing a RM1.2 million renovation exercise funded by SSG. The renovation work began in December 2012, foresees all 18 greens being returfed with Tifeagle, along with upgrading work on the bunkers, buggy tracks and other enhancements. The first green has been totally redesigned by an Australian architect Nigel Douglas to make it fairer. Members and guests can look forward to try out the 1st nine greens on the 1st week of June 2013. Full completion of the project is expected to end in the middle of August 2013.
We highly value and appreciate your kind cooperation during the renovation period. As a safety precaution for our valued members and guests, all golfers are restricted to enter all construction sites during the renovation.
